Ralph Sikich:
President and Founder
Prior to the firms inception, Ralph had been Carter Electronics' senior (10 years) sales engineer. Ralph moved to sales from Zenith where he was a group leader on I.C. Evaluation. A graduate of Electrical Engineering, DeVry Institute, Ralph has completed other course work at the University of Illinois.

Karl Koeneman:
Karl joined the firm with a wealth of experience and credentials. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from the University of Illinois. Karl was a Regional Sales Manager for LEADER Instruments covering a nine state area. Prior to that, he spent 10 years as a sales engineer for a competitive rep firm selling technical systems.

Wayne Golder:
Wayne is a native Hoosier and BSEE graduate of Purdue University. After designing test equipment for Western Electric, he co founded and presided for many years over Carter Electronics, a manufacturers' representative firm. Subsequently, Wayne spent 10 years as the Sales and Marketing Manager for WAVETEK Indiana. Not only is he a registered and licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Indiana, he sets the standards for professionalism within the firm.

Jim Michaels:
Jim has a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Science and Engineering from the University of Wisconsin. Jim brings 20 years experience with him as a manufacturers' representative selling scientific and electronic instrumentation. Duplicate bridge card games and lately small to medium limit poker have been some of his favorite pastimes.
